All healing services are led on an intuitive basis, utilizing multiple healing modalities as guided. This offers an individualized experience. We may provide you with access to third-party tools without any warranties or any guarantees about shipping. It is our policy to never share personal information about any client. We may share experiences a client has had while being serviced by us, without disclosing the client's name. As we aquire telephone and email information for all clientele, we will not share this information, and this information will be used for servicing the client only. 

 A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling any service. This practice operates with prescheduled appointments only. This notice will allow for another person to take over the time slot alloted for your service that you would like to reschedule. We understand that unanticipated events may happen occasionally in everyone’s life. So, each situation will be accessed individually. Anyone who consciously chooses to forgo their scheduled appointment, for whatever reason, will be considered a “No-Show” and per our policy they will be charged the "Full Price" of their “Missed” scheduled service before being allowed to return as a guest here at Sahana Sanctuary.
